kinds of the noun -

1. proper noun -

A proper noun names a specific person,place thing or idea and begins with a capital letter.

for example -

Hirday (name), Meerut (place), Tiger (animal), The Ramayana (thing).

2.common noun -

A common noun names any person, place, thing or idea. Since it doesn't name a specific or particular person,place,thing or idea, it does not begin with a capital letter.

for example -

Boy, girl, garden, road, book etc.

3.collective noun -

Collective noun are words for a group of people, animals or things.

for example -

The class is well-disciplined.

The team prays before every match.

4.abstract noun -

Abstract nouns name ideas, qualities or feelings that can't be seen or touched.

Anger, Hatred etc. (Actions)

5.material noun -
