NREGA (national rural gurantee act) was launched in 2005 , which was first launched in 200 backward districts and know is increased till 600 backward district. it assures 100 days of work . in this one third of jobs are reserved for women. if a person not employed within 15 days he/she is marked under unemployment allowance.
this helps backward , poor or tribal pepole by giving them a chance to earn moreover it helps in bringing women forward.
