Nuclear disasters are the disasters that include nuclear faults. They are always man-made. They are either done by some mistakes in a nuclear plant or nuclear bombs are thrown by certain armies in war and they cause a lot of loss of lives and loss of property. 2 nuclear bombs are enough to reduce the New Yorks population to 0!!. I hope the answer was helpfull. Thanks.

A disaster is a serious disruption occurring over a short or long period of time that causes widespread human, material, economic or environmental loss which exceeds the ability of the affected community or society to cope using its own resources.A nuclear and radiation accident is defined by the International Atomic Energy Agency as "an event that has led to significant consequences to people, the environment or the facility. Examples include lethal effects to individuals, large radioactivity release to the environment, reactor core melt."
