Nucleoplasm is the fluid present inside the nucleus in which chromatin and nucleous are suspended .

Nucleosplasm is a gel like substance present in nuleus of a cell .

It helps in certain nucleo cellular processes such as controlling inlet and outlet of substances,transportation and also helps in suspension of cell organelles.
