nucleus is one of the most important part in a cell. it's the central part of the cell which controls the cell. nucleus has a double layered nuclear membrane. and the nuclear membrane has pores which allow to transfer materials inside and outside. nucleus contains chromosomes which are rod shaped structure. chromosomes are composed if DNA and proteins.

the nucleus plays an important role in cellular reproduction ( a process by which a single cell divides and form two cells ).
