Nucleus is present at centre in most of the cell of human body. It is the main part of cell which have cytoplasm,nuclear membrane and all cell organelles. It is surrounded by nuclear membrane which have nucleoid in which cytoplasm is present like a stain and all cell organelles floats in it.
