fat- fat stores energy by which our energy can last longer

2) VITAMINS

Vitamin A- Food that contain Vit A improves eyesight

Vitamin B- Vitamin B provides energy  and concentration

Vitamin D- Vitamin D makes us energitic and active and can also cure skin diseases.
