Observational learning means gaining knowledge by giving proper focus or attention to what you are seeing before you.
As Rabindranath Tagore did .
Observations isn't just limited to science but to everything we speak , hear or see.
It means if we are eager to know about something we observe something.
According to me and many great observations give us more knowledge than sitting in a compacked room mugging up chapters.
If my answer is inappropriate then I am extremely sorry!
But I tried my best.
