It will depend on the relative amounts of HCl and Na2CO3 added together, because the complete neutralisation of Na2CO3 with HCl happens in two separate stages.

The first reaction occurs when equimolar amounts of reactants are added together, producing sodium bicarbonate and sodium chloride. The equation is;-

Na2CO3 + HCl ----> NaHCO3 +NaCl

As more HCl is added the sodium bicarbonate reacts with it to produce CO2, NaCl and H2O;-

NaHCO3 + HCl ----> NaCl + CO2 + H2O

The equilibrium pH of each of these reactions is different and two separate endpoints (A) and (B) can be seen if the volume of standard HCl solution added is plotted against pH;-
