Because all other have direct relation with digestion.

That is, lipase helps to digest fat.

Lactase helps for digesting lactose into glucose and galactose.

Rennin helps in digesting milk protein casein.

But bile do not have any digestive property. Its is produced by liver. But the salts present in bile like sodium glycocholate and sodium taurocholate helps for emulsification of fats which is the first step in fat digestion. So the answer is bile itself.
