Directly on the point,
Ohm's law states that, at a constant temperature, v (Potential Difference) is directly proportional to that of the i (current) .
i.e V = iR ( here, R is constant in place of the proportional sign and is know as "Resistance")

Ohm's law ---> He stated that the current flowing through a conductor is directly proportional to the potential difference across its ends, under standard temperature and pressure conditions.
V directly proportional to I
V = IR
Where ' R ' is the proportionality constant for the given metal at given temperature and is called resistance. The graph between V and I is always straight line with slope equal to R.
