At a constant temperature and pressure , the electric current is directly proportional to the potential difference .
V= IR
Where
V - Potential difference
I - electric current
R - resistance

It shows the relation between potential difference ,electric current and resistance.

ohm's is basically a law that state that
V is directly proportional to I
and
v=IR
here,
V means Voltage
I means current
and
R means resistance
this is proved by doing experiments
