As per the question,

=17^1999 +11^1999-7^1999.

=(17^4)^499 × 17^3 + 11^1999 - (7^4)^499×7^3.

=(1)^499×3+(1)^1999-(1)^499×3.

=3+1-3.

=1.

The unit digit will be 1.
