The one major difference between the Federal and state courts of US is that the Federal Court mostly solve the cases between the states and cases involving violation of federal laws and US Constitution. On the other hand the Courts of States mostly solve the citizens of the state and violation of state laws and constitution. So we see State courts have broad jurisdiction than federal court.
