She means that besides the things reported by the watch, see herself had a nightmare where lionesses gave birth on the streets, battles were fought in the sky with blood drizzling, etc, etc. (It's all described in her dialogue). So basically the "one within" here is Calpurnia's dream

The watch had seen some horrid sights and "omens". When Calpurnia says "there is one within, recounts the..." She means that besides the things reported by the watch, she herself had a nightmare where lionesses gave birth on the streets, battles were fought in the sky with blood drizzling, bodies rising out of opening graves and many other unnatural events. So the "one within" actually refers to Calpurnia's nightmare.
