the orbital velocity of a body is the velocity at which it orbits around the barycenter  of the system .
centripetal force = gravitational force
mv² / r = GMm / r²
v = √(GM/r)

the speed at which a planet orbits around the sun is called orbital velocity.the expression:
V orbit=square root of GM/R,
where, G is gravitational constant
           M is mass of body at center 
       and R is the radius of orbit
