®Order :-
1 .The sum of powers of molar concentration of reactants raised to obtain rate of reaction is called order of a reaction
2. It is an experimental quantity
3. It cannot be obtained from a balanced equation
®Molecularity :-
1. The no: of atoms ot species which collide simultaneously to bring about a chemical reaction
2. It is a theoretical quantity
3. Can be obtained from a balanced equation.

The sum of powers of molar concentration of reactants raised to obtain rate of reaction is called order of a reaction It is an experimental quantity
So it may or may not be an integer .
The number of molecules of reactant which actually participates in chemical reaction and carried out the reaction is called molecularity. It is a theoretical quantity.
So it is always an integer.
