Generally, the closer the outermost electrons are to the nucleus of the atom , the higher the atom's or element's ionization energy. The sciences of physics and chemistry use different measures of ionization energy.

Hello!

Ionization Potential of an Element is generally depends on its outermost electron ,, If an electron is near to nucleus it experience a greater pull of force towards nucleus and hence,, it's Ionization potential will be higher and Vice versa!!
