In AIIMS Examination, Original photi Id means any identity card which have your photo on it.
Adhaar card is the best in this case.

The original photo ID for AIIMS is any original identity card with the photograph of the candidate on it. AIIMS accepts any of the following original photo IDs:
*Passport
*Pan Card
*Aadhar Card
*Voters ID
*Central or State Board Mark Sheet with photograph affixed
*Driving License
