What is Orion ( Hunter constellation )?

The constellation that is visible over the sky most prominently is Orion. It is generally visible in winter season.

Orion includes seven- eight brightest stars and also consists of some faint stars which is included in the formation of a hunter. That's why Orion is also named as Hunter constellation. The Indian name of this constellation is Vyadha or Mriga.

There are three middle stars present at the belt of the hunter. The head and limbs are formed from another faint stars.

The Star Sirius, is the brightest star in the sky, is located very close to Orion.
