Well, orthocentre can be defined as -
If you make all the altitudes from each corner of a triangle and u join them together. You will see that they all meet at a point, this point is called orthocentre of a triangle.
Just to tell you that there can be no direct formula for orthocentre.
In the above figure there is point O as orthocentre which is made by joining different altitudes from all the corners of the triangle.
