Now we have to fill half of the cavity with sugar and we have to fix it by pin. Now we have to place the potato in a jar/beaker/bowl that contains some water that is below than sugar solution. Leave this all activity for few hours. Now after few hours we have to observe the level of sugar solution in the potato cavity after few hours. We observe that the water get inside the potato cavity. It's happen due to osmosis.
