osmosis is the process in which the water moves from high concentration to lower concenteration through semipermiable membrane .
ENDOODMOSIS..In this kind of osmosis the water moves from outside to inside of the cell and the cell swells up... this basically happens in hypotonic solution .
EXOOSMOSIS..In this kind of osmosis the water moves from inside to outside of the cell and the cell shrinks .....this basically happens in hypertonic solution.
