What is osmosis? What are the types? what happens when a cell is placed in

hypotonic, isotonic and hypertonic solutions respectively. State two difference

between osmosis and diffusion​

osmosis is when the substance from higher concentration moves to a lower concentration through a semi permeable membrane while diffusion is the same thing but without the "membrane"
