Body is a physical figure like our bones,cells,flesh,sense of organs,etc..
In order to keep it fit we have to exercise daily atleast for an hour,take a bath daily,eat a healthy food,keep yourselves hydrated,have to have a good sleep,and most importantly have to keep our surrondings clean so that it doesn't affect our body wrongly..
