As far as humans are concerned- Nothing.

Because we will never have the technology to make it out of our galaxy, let alone the universe, and even our most powerful telescopes we won't be able to observe the edge of the universe.

But if I had to guess, outside the universe would be a void. A dark void with nothing in it, no radiation, no light and no sound.
