Hey!

The oxygen enters in the lungs is in the form of HbO2 i.e, heamoglobin oxide !

the oxygen get combine with heamoglobin present in the body ( lungs ).

Through the lungs it goes in the form of HbO2 and comesback in the form of H2CO3 !!
