what is ozone layer ? how actually it controls UV rays ? give mechanism .

ozone(O3) is a molecule formed by 3 atom of oxygen .
since O3 is not stable down here cause it's a deadly poison
and hence it is stable at higher levels of atmosphere and perform essential functions it shields the surface of earth and protect us from there harmful UV rays

Our atmosphere is sorunded by many layers and one of them is OZONE LAYER WHICH protect our earth from the ultra violet rays which is very harm full for us or for the human body because it is the direct ray of sun which harm our skin but now a days the the ozone layer is in danger because of the pollution so that's why we should no do pollution so as to protect the layer
