your answer is.....

SOLUTION

Ozone depletion occurs when chloroflouro carbons and halons-gases formerly found in an aerosol spray can and refrigeration which is released into the atmosphere. CFC and other free halogens cause a chemical reaction that breaks down ozone molecules, reducing ozone's ultraviolet radiation absorbing capacity.

hope it helps you

hey mate

ozone is formed when uv rays falls on oxygen atom and splitting it into 2 o molecules

then the o molecules react with other oxygen atoms to form O³

ozone is highly harmful to human being. but still they plays an important role. they protect us from uv rays of sun. by reflecting them back to space

but day by day ozone layer is destroyed due to release of CFCs

CFCs_

Because of their relative stability, CFCs rise into the stratosphere where they are eventually broken down by ultraviolet (UV) rays from the Sun. This causes them to release free chlorine. The chlorine reacts with oxygen which leads to the chemical process of destroying ozone molecules.
