Parbhani Kranti is a variety of Bhindi (Okra) produced through mutational breeding. It is produced from the back cross of Abelmoschus manihot and Abelmoschus esculentus and is resistant to yellow mosaic virus.

Parbhani Kranti is an Abelmoschus [Hibiscus] esculentus variety derived from backcrosses of A. manihot to the okra Pusa Sawani. It carries resistance to yellow vein mosaic derived from A. manihot. Parbhani Kranti outyielded Pusa Sawani in trials at 3 sites over 3 years and produces slender, dark-green fruits 8-9 cm long.
