parliament is an assembly of elected representatives who has a supreme authority on taking decisions on behalf of the people.
three powers of parliament are:
1) parliament is the highest forum for discussion and debate on national policy or public issue in any country.Parliament can seek information about any matter.
2)parliament control the money of the government.Any the public money can only be spent when the parliament sanctions it.
3)Parliament conrol those who run the government. In countries like India this country is full, Those who run the government can take decisions only so long as they enjoy support of the parliament.
