Parliamentary form of government is the one which has President as the head of the country and Prime Minister as the head of the government.

India follows Parliamentary form of government. President is appointed by the Chief Justice of India whereas Prime Minister is elected by the people through universal adult franchise.

Other counties which have parliamentary form of government are Germany, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom etc.
