What is parts of speech. describe each and every parts of speech with examples (write sentences)?

Words are divided into different classes, known as parts of speech. These are divided according to what they do in the sentence.
The different parts of speech are;

1. Noun
    Name of person, place or thing.
    Ex- Rani Laxmi Bai was a brave warrior. Her courage won her honour.

2. Pronoun
    Words used instead of a noun (he, she, they, him, her, etc)
    Ex- Tina is a hardworking girl, she always gives her best in everything.

3. Verb
    Words to describe an action or state.
    Ex- The children were exhausted from the day's running and playing.

4. Adverb
    Words that add more meaning onto a verb.
    Ex- The red rose was very beautiful.
           Big company.
           He solves all questions quickly.

5. Adjective
    Add more meaning onto a noun.
    Ex- Mother Teresa was a kind woman. (Here, woman is a noun.)

6. Preposition
    Used to show how a person or thing denoted by noun or pronoun is related to something else.
    Ex- Isaac Newton had been sitting under the tree when the apple fell on him.
          The snake was in the burrow.

7. Conjunction
    Word used to join two sentences.
    Ex- All good men die early, but the scourge lives for a thousand years more. (Chinese proverb)
          Harry and Ron are good friends.
          She ran fast, but missed the train. (She ran fast. + She missed the train.)

8. Interjection
    Words to express sudden emotion or feeling.
    Ex- Hurrah! India won the cricket match.
          Eureka! I have got the answer.
