pascals law is pressure applied to a body of fluid causes a force that is equally transmitted everywhere in all the directions the force which acts at the right angle to any surface in contact with the fluid the hydraulic press is also a application to pascals law and his law states that when their is an increase in pressure at any point in a confined fluid their is an equal increase in every point at every other point in the container.
