it is a system in which government take the goods and produce from the farmers declared by them and distributes them in fair price shops. these are the shops which are mainly meant for the people who are below bpl ( below poverty line). they provide food grains , 5 kg kerosene oil and 5 kg sugar at msp (minimum support price). 25 kg of wheat is provided for 2/- and rice for 3/-and after 2012 census 35 kg of rice and wheat is provided for the same. this helped the people s after these fair price shops introduction every person sleep with sufficient amount of food.
