what is peace ? why is it ecessary

Peace is a mental satisfaction which relaxes our brain . Just a like phone which needs to be charged after it is used , our brain also needs to be relaxed for some time . Therefore peace is also necessary.

It defines a culture of peace as all the values attitude and the forms of behaviour that reflect and respect for life for human right and the rejection of violence in all its forms and commitment to the principal of freedom , justice , tolerance , solidarity etc...
and understanding between the people..
