Per capita income=total income of the country by the total population.. it is not and adequate indicator since it does not show the seperate income of each person and only the average..

Answer:

While averages are useful for comparison, they also hide disparities.  They do not tell us how this income is distributed among people.

Per Capita Income=\frac{Total Income}{Total Population}
