a perfect competition is the one in which the competitors are of equal level
by intelligence
by age ( not necessary)
in which the level of competition becomes difficult and no one can surely tell whose going to win
and as per economical level the competition is between the sellers ( a specially during festive season)
and so there is sale and discount as to grab more customers to their store
but when buyers get confused to get in which one or buy which one then only it is called the perfect competition
