Perfect Squares are the Squares where the unit digits can come in 0,1,4,5,6,9
And not in 2,3,7,8
For eg:
1029 is a perfect Square as the unit digit is 9
Whereas
1028 is not as the unit digit is 8
And not in 2,3,7,8
For eg:
1029 is a perfect Square as the unit digit is 9
Whereas
1028 is not as the unit digit is 8
