Aperiscope is adevice comprised of two plane mirrors at an 45degree angle like used in submarines to see the view of any taller area. When light falls on first mirror it is reflected to other mirror and from there it is reflected to our eyes and we see an image

Periscope is an optical instrument which is used to see objects which are otherwise hidden by obstacles.
There are mainly two plane mirrors which are placed at an angle of 45 degree at the to right angled terms of the periscope.
But instead of using the Mirrors two prisms can also be used in making of a periscope.
It is a simple tubular optical instrument which has two right angled curves or turns which have Mirrors are present inside those turns at an angle of 45 degree and when the light from the upper end falls on the mirror the ray is directed to the other mirror fixed at 45° on the other end and due to that, the observer is able to see the object.
