Hi!:)

What is a PRONOUN?

A pronoun is a word that is used in place of a noun.

For example,

Sarthak is a brilliant boy. HE is the favourite of all the teachers. All of THEM admire him.

In the above sentence, the words HE and HIM stand for the noun Sarthak whereas the word THEM stands for the teachers. So, the words HE, HIM and THEM are pronouns.

PERSONAL PRONOUN are those pronouns which are used for persons or things.

First Person-:

Singular➡ I, Me, Mine

Plural➡ We, Us, Ours

Second Person-:

Singular➡ You, Yours

Third Person-:

Singular➡He, She, It, Him, Her, It, His, Hers, It

Plural➡They, Them, Theirs

Hope this helpß!!!
