The Ph of water is 7 which is neutral because when u split the H2O if forms H+ ions nd OH- ions.

Concentration of H+ ions are high in acids only nd Concentration of OH-ions are high in bases only.

SO BASICALLY SPEAKING H+ IONS ND OH-IONS TOGETHER WILL NEUTRALISE EACH OTHER…
