What is photosynthesis

Photosynthesis is a process in which carbon dioxide and water is used as a raw material to make glucose and oxygen in presence of sunlight and chlorophyll .

We can also says that photosynthesis is a activity of a all green plant by which they synthesise food form carbon dioxide in water in presence of chlorophyll and light energy .

The formula of photosynthesis is :-

6 CO2 + 12 H2O in presence of sunlight and chlorophyll gives C6 H12 O6 + 6O2 + 6H2O .
