Explanation:

Phototropism is mainly caused by the plant harmones known as Auxin which help in the rapid growth of the part of the plant to the presence of stimulus light.

The Auxin is secreted in opposite side of the light so that the opposite side grow longer and moves towards the source of light.

Phototropism is caused due to the stimulus light .
