Phyllode has a petiole which is flattened and they also perform the same function called photosynthesis, the rachis of a leaf (it is the main axis and a main stem of a compound leaf) also does photosynthesis.
1) Phylloclade is a structure arising from the stem tissue which are green in color and perform a critical function of photosynthesis.
