it is one of the requirement necessary for crop production. it means a variety of inputs required at every stage during production. their are two types of physical capital÷ 1.working capital -row materials and money in hand is called working capital. 2.fixed capital-tools and machines that are useful for the production is known as fixed capital

Physical capital is the factor of production consisting machinery,computer,bulilding , Transportation etc.
They are of two types:-
1)Fixed capital:-Fixed capital is the capital which can be used in future also.
For example if we buy machine,tools so they will be used generation after generation.Hence,they are called fixed capital.
2)Working capital:-Working capital is the capital which can be used in given point of time only and are no longer available for future work.
For example if we buy seeds,fertilizer so they can be used once only and are not longer available for future.Hence ,they are called working capital.
