The variety of inputs are required at every stage during production.
Types :
i) Fixed capital : The factors of production like tools, machines and buildings, which can be used over many years, are called 'fixed capital'.
ii) Working capital : The factors which are used up in production are called working capital. Example : Raw materials and money in hand.
