Physical Education is "education through thephysical". It aims to develop students'physical competence and knowledge of movement and safety, and their ability to use these to perform in a wide range of activities associated with the development of an active and healthy lifestyle.

Demonstrate understanding of physical education content and disciplinary concepts related to the development of a physically educated person. Demonstrate understanding of how individuals learn and develop and can provide opportunities that support students' physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
