It deals with the fundamental forces of the universe and how they interact with matter looking at everything from galaxies and planets to atoms and quarks and everything in between.

Any predictive program works, but the fundamental physics is ambitious, in that it wishes to be able to match a computer program to any conceivable situation,..so that it can reproduce the results of the situation as best possible...
