➡️Public Interest Litigation ( PIL ) is directly filed by an individual or group of people in the (Supreme Court of India) and High Courts of India and judicial member. ➡️In normal cases, it is seen that the aggrieved party i.e. the victim, who is affected has to file his case in a court of law.
